Combining a love of beer with their background in business and hospitality, our owners decided it was time to venture into the craft beer scene. Having the good fortune to acquire a well-known and long-standing establishment, the boys decided to bring a new variety of craft beers to New Smyrna Beach, Florida. The Half Wall Brewery concept was created in 2016 and became reality in September 2017. Conveniently located on the way to the beach — along bustling SR 44 in New Smyrna — the 2,000-square-foot brewery opened its doors after a year and a half of planning, renovation, and construction. Attached to an 11,000-square-foot restaurant, which features an outdoor beer garden overlooking the water, indoor and outdoor bars, and weekly entertainment — you could say that we have our own unique "tap room" right next door!

We wanted to create an atmosphere where anyone — from foodies to craft beer connoisseurs — can have fun with family and friends while eating delicious food and drinking handcrafted beer.

Our brewers are passionate about creating unique craft beer, using only the highest quality ingredients. Operating with a nine-barrel brewhouse, we distribute locally our Blue Trailer Blonde Ale, Jefficus Bourbon Coffee Vanilla Oatmeal Stout, Emylee's Irish Red Ale, Double Flugel DIPA and Stugel Flugel American IPA plus a rotation of our seasonal beers.
